More than thirty-five standards are already in there, and we do not make a fuss about the thirty-sixth. Nor about your own requirements or those of your client.
The starting point
That sounds blunt, but it is exactly why this works. Under the bonnet Check HenQ treats every standard the same: a collection of requirements you hang evidence off. Whether those requirements come from ISO 9001, from the VCA checklist, from a tender or from your own quality manual makes no difference to the system.
It does make a difference to you, which is why the standard texts are in there ready to go. You do not start with an empty screen and you do not have to retype requirements.

More than thirty-five sit in the system, from NEN 7510 and the Dutch government baseline to HKZ, NIS2, the CO2 Performance Ladder, IATF, NEN 4400-1 and ISO 42001. And if it really is not there, we add it at no extra cost. Your own client requirements, an industry code or a scheme imposed by your client work exactly like the standards above: same evidence, same Monitor, same reports.
Several at once
Almost nobody does only one. ISO 9001 with ISO 14001 alongside, VCA because a client asks for it, and meanwhile ISO 27001 because the tender demands it.
In Check HenQ those standards hang off the same documents, the same processes and the same actions. One procedure can serve four requirements from four standards. You do the work once and demonstrate it four times.
Your management review satisfies several standards at once. You link it to every requirement it applies to and that is that.

Questions
Yes, the requirements are worked out in the system so you can work straight from them. The official standard itself you buy from the publisher, because those rights sit there. That is the same with every supplier.

Especially. Client requirements from a contract or tender sit alongside your standards, in the same structure and with the same evidence.
You switch it off. Your evidence stays, because it hangs off your documents and processes, not off the standard.
