Laboratories
Accreditation work. Authorisations, competence, equipment and proficiency testing, all demonstrable.
Where you are
In an accreditation assessment it rarely goes wrong on the technical side. It goes wrong on demonstrability: who was authorised to carry out this determination, when was that authorisation established, and where does it say so.
Check HenQ pins that kind of administration to where it belongs: at the requirement, at the person, and at the instrument.
Item by item
| What the standard asks for | Where you handle it in Check HenQ |
|---|---|
| Authorisations | Who is authorised for which activity, since when and on what basis. |
| Competence | Training, coaching, assessment and re-assessment per member of staff. |
| Equipment | Calibration, maintenance and status per instrument, with alerts before it expires. |
| Proficiency testing and quality control | The participations, the outcomes and the follow-up when something deviates. |
| Document control | Procedures and work instructions with version control and scheduled approval. |
| Nonconformity and complaints | From registration to analysis to measure, with evidence that it works. |
| Internal audit | Plan, carry out and chase findings, on the technical side too. |
| Management review | All required input together, without chasing people. |
The difference
The requirements are already there. From day one you have a structure to hang your existing material on.
Every action, audit and inspection you attach to a requirement counts. You do not collect just before the audit.
Continuously, with a score that explains itself. In March you know what you will meet in November.
Combining
That is the rule rather than the exception. ISO 17025 is often mentioned in the same breath as ISO 9001 and ISO 27001. In Check HenQ they hang off the same documents and the same processes, so you do the work once and demonstrate it several times.
Multiple standards means unlimited here. See pricing, or the overview of all standards.

In a demo we take a requirement from ISO 17025 and build it up live. Within ten minutes you see how it would work for you.
