How long

Allow an hour. Often longer.

We tried it in twenty minutes and it came to nothing. There is too much in it, and quality and HSEQ managers want exactly the details. That is also where it gets interesting, so we do not rush.

Half an hour

A first introduction. Enough to know whether it is worth looking further, too little to judge anything.

An hour

The normal walkthrough. Your standards, your evidence, the Monitor and the parts you are wrestling with.

Longer

Happens regularly, and that is fine. If you want to look with more people or go deeper into one part, say so beforehand and we schedule more time.

You tell us where you stand

Which standards, how you do it now, and where it chafes. Five minutes, and the rest of the hour gets better for it.

We open your standard

We open a requirement from your standard and build the evidence underneath it live. So you see it in your context, not in an example world.

The Monitor open

Including the Calculation tab, so you see how the score comes about. That is usually where the penny drops.

Your questions

Usually the longest part. Ask them all, including the awkward ones about integrations and security.

A proposal afterwards

If you want one. Within a few days, with an amount that fits your size and your standards.
