Your own environmentYou get a separate, shielded environment on its own web address. No shared database with other organisations.

Two-factor authenticationSwitch it on for everyone, or for the roles where you really want it.

Single Sign-OnLog in via Microsoft. Your own account policy then applies here too, including people leaving.

LoggingChanges, login attempts and outgoing mail are recorded. So you can trace what happened.

Permissions per roleWho sees what and who may change what, down to component level.

Web-basedWorks in any modern browser, on desktop, tablet and phone. Nothing to install, nothing to update.

Who owns what

Subject	How it works
The platform	Check HenQ runs on a proven, ISO 27001 certified platform. The content, the standards and the knowledge come from the HSEQ experts at Team HenQ. Team HenQ is your contracting party and your point of contact.
Ownership	Your content stays yours. We use it to deliver the service, and for nothing else.
Role under the GDPR	You are the controller, we are the processor. Recorded in the data processing agreement that comes with the contract.
AI and your data	Organisation data is not used to train AI models. You can choose between an American and a European provider.
Exporting	You get your data out yourself, in a common machine-readable format. During the term as well.
On termination	Thirty days to export, we keep it for sixty days and delete it after that. Earlier on request, with a statement of deletion.

Better now than later.

No open APIThere is no public interface you can switch on yourself. If you want to integrate, we are happy to talk about it. We have built bespoke solutions before and that is possible here too.

No native appIt runs in the browser, on your phone as well. There is nothing in an app store.

No public roadmapWhat is coming you hear at the release. What users ask for goes on the list, and we report back what happens with it.
