Health and safety
From risk assessment to toolbox talk to incident to measure, in one line. Including the people who do not sit at a desk.
Where you are
ISO 45001 is about healthy and safe work, and therefore about people who mostly do not sit behind a computer. That is exactly where many systems stall: the evidence has to come from the shop floor.
Inspections, toolbox talks and reports are filled in on your phone, also when the connection drops. What you enter counts straight away at the requirement it belongs to.
Item by item
| What the standard asks for | Where you handle it in Check HenQ |
|---|---|
| Hazard identification and risk assessment | Hazards, assessment and controls, linked to tasks, processes and locations. |
| Action plan | The measures as actions, with an owner and a date. The system chases, you do not. |
| Toolbox talks | Plan, run and record attendance, including who still has to attend. |
| Inspections and workplace checks | Filled in on site on your phone, with photos. Findings become actions immediately. |
| Incidents and near misses | From report to analysis to measure, with the trend visible on your dashboard. |
| Equipment and inspections | Tools, machines and vehicles with inspection dates and timely alerts. |
| Competence | Who is qualified for what: training, certificates and skills, with expiry in sight. |
| Consultation and participation | Record what happened with input from workers, instead of it disappearing into minutes. |
The difference
The requirements are already there. From day one you have a structure to hang your existing material on.
Every action, audit and inspection you attach to a requirement counts. You do not collect just before the audit.
Continuously, with a score that explains itself. In March you know what you will meet in November.
Combining
That is the rule rather than the exception. ISO 45001 is often mentioned in the same breath as ISO 9001 and VCA. In Check HenQ they hang off the same documents and the same processes, so you do the work once and demonstrate it several times.
Multiple standards means unlimited here. See pricing, or the overview of all standards.
