Where you are
VCU is the variant for organisations that place or second people. So it is less about what happens at your own site and more about who you place, what that person is qualified for, and whether that is demonstrable.
That is exactly the kind of administration that goes wrong in spreadsheets: a diploma that expires, an intake that was never recorded, feedback from the client that lands nowhere.

The difference
The requirements are already there. From day one you have a structure to hang your existing material on.
Every action, audit and inspection you attach to a requirement counts. You do not collect just before the audit.

Combining
