Environment
Your environmental aspects, your obligations and your objectives in one place, with the evidence underneath instead of in a separate folder.
Where you are
ISO 14001 is about control over your environmental aspects and the obligations that come with them. That is exactly the kind of work where evidence scatters: a permit here, a measurement there, a logbook next to the installation.
In Check HenQ it all hangs off the requirement it belongs to, and off the processes it comes from.
Item by item
| What the standard asks for | Where you handle it in Check HenQ |
|---|---|
| Environmental aspects and impacts | Record, assess and link to the processes and locations where they arise. |
| Compliance obligations | Permits, legal requirements and agreements with authorities, with an owner and a review date. |
| Objectives | Measurable targets with a current status, so progress is visible without a separate report. |
| Emergency preparedness | Scenarios, measures and drills, with the record that they actually happened. |
| Monitoring and measurement | What you measure, how often, and what came out. Linked to the requirement and to the action that follows. |
| Incidents and complaints | From report to measure, including reports from outside your organisation. |
| Internal audit | Plan, carry out and chase findings until they are closed. |
| Management review | The input collects itself, because everything is already in the system. |
The difference
The requirements are already there. From day one you have a structure to hang your existing material on.
Every action, audit and inspection you attach to a requirement counts. You do not collect just before the audit.
Continuously, with a score that explains itself. In March you know what you will meet in November.
Combining
That is the rule rather than the exception. ISO 14001 is often mentioned in the same breath as ISO 9001 and ISO 45001. In Check HenQ they hang off the same documents and the same processes, so you do the work once and demonstrate it several times.
Multiple standards means unlimited here. See pricing, or the overview of all standards.
