Team HenQ respects your privacy and handles personal data with care. Here's how.

## Who is responsible

Check HenQ is a product of Team HenQ B.V., Westbaan 142, 2841 MC Moordrecht, the Netherlands, CoC 98641689. Team HenQ is the data controller for personal data processed via this website and for Check HenQ account management. For Content the Client enters into the Service itself, Team HenQ acts as a processor on the Client's behalf. See "Content in the Service" below and the data processing agreement.

## Personal data

Personal data is any data that can be traced to a natural person: for example a name, email address, username, IP address or location data. Personal data can also be obtained automatically, for example by visiting this website.

## When

Team HenQ processes personal data because you use Check HenQ (for example, as an account holder or User), or because you provide it yourself via the contact form or otherwise.

## Purposes

Team HenQ uses personal data solely to:

- create and manage accounts and deliver the Service;
- invoice the Service;
- inform you about updates, news and services;
- analyse and improve the website and the Service (including statistical usage analysis).

## Content in the Service

Actions, audits, inspections, toolbox talks, forms and other Content entered into Check HenQ by the Client and Users may contain personal data (for example, the names of employees carrying out an inspection or attending a toolbox talk). Team HenQ processes this Content solely on the Client's instructions, under the data processing agreement between Team HenQ and the Client. The Client remains the data controller for this Content.

## Retention

Team HenQ does not keep personal data longer than necessary for the purpose it was collected, with a maximum of 7 years. Content entered into the Service is kept for the duration of the Agreement and up to 30 days after termination, so the Client can export it (see the Terms & Conditions).

## Sharing with others

Team HenQ does not share personal data with third parties without consent, unless legally required or necessary to perform the Agreement or Team HenQ's operations (for example, hosting). Only the necessary data is shared in such cases, in line with this policy and appropriate security measures.

## Security

Team HenQ takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data and Content against loss or unlawful processing, in accordance with the GDPR.

## Website visits and cookies

General data about website visits is kept, including IP address and click behaviour, to analyse and improve how the website works. This data is anonymised as much as possible and not shared with third parties.

Cookies are small text files placed on your device, for example to remember settings or measure visit behaviour. You can delete or block cookies yourself via your browser settings.

## Google Analytics

Team HenQ uses Google Analytics to measure how the website is used. The information obtained, including your IP address, is stored by Google on servers in the United States. Team HenQ has not given Google permission to use this information for other Google services.

## Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data. Submit a request via:
